We restarted in-person worship on Sunday after 49 weeks while continuing out Stay-at-Home worship broadcast. We believe it went really well! We had 45 family units for a total of 99 people in worship and an additional 209 people watching on Facebook Live.

We will continue both In-Person worship and Stay-at-Home worship this week. Sunday 3/7 is both Communion Sunday and also “Celebrating the Gifts of Women” Sunday. If you would like to join us in-person, please click on this link and register so that we know you are coming: https://bit.ly/FPCH-Res7 This will allow us to plan so that we can ensure proper social distancing. Per Health Department guidelines and Session, we can allow a maximum of 120 family units in worship and still provide for social distancing. Just like last week, face masks are required, there will be no congregational hymn singing, and you may not get to sit in your normal pew. If you have questions about what it will look like, call around to your friends who attended and ask, or give us a call at the church office.

Pastor Damen and I recorded the Monday Check-In yesterday. This is our weekly broadcast where we pray, offer a short informal Bible Study chat, and then share announcements about what is happening in the life of the church. If you’d like to listen to the Monday Check-In like a radio broadcast or download it like a podcast, click here: https://soundcloud.com/damen-heitmann/030121-monday-check-in

If you’d prefer to see our smiling faces, you can watch it on YouTube by clicking here: https://youtu.be/puGjdxjgJFc

I hope you all have a blessed week! Get outside and enjoy the sunshine and spring-like weather. And then join us on Sunday for worship either in-person or on Facebook.

Your Servant in Christ,

Pastor Greg
