DIRECTOR OF ADULT EDUCATION & SPIRITUAL FORMATION
Kili Wenburg is a native of Beaver City, NE. She has been married 18 years to her high school sweetheart, Justin, and they have two children: Carter (age 14), and Selah (age 11). Kili earned a BA in Mathematics from Nebraska Wesleyan University and a MA in Theology from Creighton University, where she also later completed a certification in Spiritual Direction and Directed Retreats. Before becoming a full-time mom, Kili served as Director of Adult Education in the First Presbyterian Church in La Crosse, WI, and also worked as an adjunct professor at Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI. For the past five years, she has been seeing clients and offering retreats through her private Spiritual Direction practice, Meaning on the Journey.
Kili calls it “a dream come true!” to be a part of the church staff as Director of Adult Education and Spiritual Formation. As such, she enjoys providing events, programs, relationships and conversations focused on growth in integration of mind/heart/spirit and growth in love of God/neighbor/self.
